| Deputy Manager | An appropriate Bachelor degree or three-year National Diploma, with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience of which 5 years must be at a junior management level (equivalent of Assistant Manager or Assistant Director) working within a corporate services environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies, experience and attributes: good experience and knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, relevant HR and labour relations legislation, procurement and tendering modalities, knowledge of supply chain management regulations; financial and accounting principles; risk and asset management experience, general office support experience; financial reporting and administration knowledge and experience; good computer literacy; project management skills and understanding; good interpersonal, conflict management, verbal and written communication skills; and experience in working with budgets. |
| Local Electoral Project Officer | The successful candidate must be in possession of a Bachelors’ Degree or three year National Diploma with at least 2 years relevant working experience. Knowledge and understanding of Labour Relations Act, relevant policy and legislation. Knowledge of supply chain management legislation and regulations. Good governance skills. knowledge of operational protocols. Excellent office and general administration skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good financial, stakeholder, analysis, planning and organizing skills. Good computer literacy. People management and interpersonal skills. Results and Quality Focus. Project management experience will be advantageous. A valid driver’s license and must be prepared to travel extensively in the relevant municipality. |
